Esh ... hello for the first time.

This is Fred … writing to thank you for choosing to follow me. I really appreciate that, and after reading this story and some of your others on Medium, I’ve decided to ‘follow’ you too.

Are you really so despondent at 24? I do hope that this is one of your reflective poems about young people in this modern world, but if this is you crying out , then please listen to the advice of those others who have responded to this story of yours (particularly the words of Timothy Sabo below),and believe me ... I'm now 82 ... there's so much to live for; so much to do; and so much to contribute to the lives of others.

For goodness sake ... and for the special sake of your mother ... don't give up.
