"Field Partner' is the label attached to a doner by MSF when they have chosen to contribute an on-going amount every month - a sort of badge of acknowledgement.

My wife and I are regular contributors to MSF; The Salvation Army; and Fred Hollows organization.

We think carefully before donating even once to an aid organization, but for those that we've found to be quite excellent in delivering their help to those in need (and efficiently too), we choose to give on a regular basis.

Occasionally, we donate on an annual basis at special times, like Breast Cancer Week, or Christmas appeals.
