You have added depth, supportive info from an 'expert', and all-in-all you have quite transformed it - and positively so!

I particularly liked your inputting of 'the power of the brain', and Dr Alexander's book reference. it's added an extra richness to my own understanding of this topic - a topic that continues to be 'never fully understood', (and will be ever-so, I guess!).
