Glenn, you are so thorough ... and so persistent in your research, and I've worked out two things:

1. You must have been a top student at school Glenn; certainly one who got lots of gold stars from his teachers.

2. I really need to help other readers to find the answer, (without the need for too much extra research). So, as a result of your thoroughness and prodding, I've edited the article ... adding a tempter question just before the emblem picture, and the postscript has now been enriched with a picture and description of the flag, and placed right at the end of the actual story.
