As a 'young and heathy 81 year old' - with lovely skin (I kid you not!), and a lovely wife who is 76, I want to commend your confidence in describing 'how to stay young'.
Not sure how you know (at your young age), but hey, don't forget your own wise advice re the characteristics of 'young' old folk, and the associated advice re emotional challenges, exercise, and environment.
You write well, and clearly too. I wish you every good-wish you'd wish yourself. may your writing continue to flourish.
