Your story re HSP is the one I chose to read first because I noticed that your more recent posts are almost exclusively about Anxiety, and I wondered if you might think that the two phenomena were associated.

In your final paragraph you answered me when you said:

"All of you anxiety sufferers might actually be a highly sensitive person and have much in common with 20% of the population."

So, there we have it hey? At least, that's your opinion.
