This article of yours: 'My egg Timer ...' is spot on ... it really is the answer, though I must confess that having identified the need to control perfectionism when it come to getting a new article started & finished, I'm still not checking the time!

But when I see an article like yours, I'm uplifted ... and changed ... from now on it's an egg timer for me (or something similar).
