I've checked through your stories on Medium and chose this one to comment on.

Like many of your other stories, it focusses on a unique place/feature/or phenomenon - this one being Area 51.

It was 'news' to me, but reminded me about a visit I made some 7 years ago to New Mexico. I was visiting from Australia where my wife and I now live.

We were taken to White Sands - the military facility where WWII weapons were tested. We saw the V2 Rocket; Photos of President Kennedy's visit to White Sands, and lots of other exhibits.

Most interesting of all was the array of rockets and other weaponry (including one that looked just like a flying saucer!) I photographed them all, then turned around to see a notice that said (of photographing in the opposite direction) something like this: "Photography of features beyond this point is forbidden".

I plan to write a story about White sands sometime ... but not yet awhile.

Thanks for your story - the one that brought back these memories for me.
