I like the way you have set out your index of articles in your top-pinned article.

The theme is clearly 'management' of course - but that's your specialism and obviously your writing-focus on Medium too.

As for me, well. I am more of a polyglot - and my top-pinned article(my intro to 'me and my stories' is quite a mixed bag - though categorized for easy selection (like yours).
