It's a simple tip and easy to implement:

Many (all?) of your 'body-care articles have the self-same lead picture (of a left arm), even though they each are on different aspects of body-care. Now that turns people off because, at a glance (and that's what people are doing when they scroll through your writings), they don't stop long-enough to differentiate the stories, and thus hesitate (or don't bother) to choose one to read.

Fix it with quick photo edits and voila - it's done!
