This article of yours re: “Early Morning Start” caught my attention, and after reading it I have decided to follow YOU.

It is an excellent 'how-to' guide and I'm happy to tell you that I have recently mastered this 'art' - but with a somewhat later 'start' than you - but still early, and disciplined in the same way.

Your helpful advice list is indeed so helpfull - well done.
