I saw this article of yours in a recent Medium Weekly Digest sent to my inbox.

I read it and ... you write so thoroughly about this topic. I'm wondering whether others would bother to read it all, and also, why you have to make it so complex and complicated.

I know that you will probably say "It's not complicated - just do it", but hey, if the essence of it all is 'The Eightfold Noble Path', why not simply highlight: Right World View; Right Thinking; Right Speech; Right Actions; Right Livelihood; Right effort; Right Mindfulness; and Right Concentration, and develop these - without all the jargon words.

You really do have a simple message here - but you make it seem so complicated. Will others follow?

Despite the above critique, I have decided to follow you so that I might see more of your stories on Medium.
