Hello Thomas ... this is Fred.

After reading your 'Science and Monks' article, I just thought I'd let you know who my favorite monk is.

As an intuitive biologist myself (though my stories - see PS at end - are eclectic) it probably won't surprise you that my favorite monk is Gregor Mendel.
