How do I teach myself this only way out? is one of your cries for help ... it seems.

I don't know whether this is YOU crying out, or a cry on behalf of all who feel the hurting and feel lost.

Perhaps there is more than one way out, and maybe we have to keep on trying until we find OUR way out.

I'm confident that we can do this ... different answers for different people maybe, but answers none-the-less.
