Of course, this 'advice' is good for all aspects of life, and another quote of yours seems to illustrate this too:

"To anyone out there facing setbacks, remember this: a bad phase doesn’t define your entire journey. It’s about the comeback, not the setback. ... life in general, throws curve-balls, but each one is a chance to learn, grow, and come back stronger."

This is one of the best pieces of advice for life that I have seen. Well done Serhii.
