John, I chose the above mini-extraction from one of your posts on Medium because I notice that you use it as a way of introducing each new topic-of-focus for your daily blogs.

That's nice, and its always a good thing to adopt consistency (it helps identify YOU to your reders).

However, I do have one small (constructive) criticism that I hope you will take in the spirit that it is offered. It is this:

Most of your lead pictures are the same!

This, I suggest, is a disincentive to 'open' a story to read (thinking maybe: "I've seen this one before").
