I dipped into your Medium stories for the first time today and find them beautifully-focused on the theme that you appear to have made your target - 'The mind and associated mindfullness'. have I got that right?

Anyway, I wanted to say 'thank you' for choosing to follow me. I have reciprocated.

I hope that we can both continue to write about things that interest; inspire; and bring a touch of happiness into the lives of others.

Maybe we can share each other’s stories with friends and colleagues. It's nice to share nice things isn't it?
