Thank you for this lovely 'write' Haripriya.
You are only young, but you are determined not to lose the 'wisdom' that you have already picked up.
I like too, your mini profile on Medium where you say:
I’m a research scholar| Blogger| Interested in content writing | Love nature | Dream to travel | I believe “action speaks more than words”
I've been (and still am - at a very old age) all these things. (except perhaps, I'm not a modern blogger, but I do write a lot on Medium).
Just out of interest - I am married to an Indian. her name is Khatija (Katie) and one of my stories is a love song to her:
A Love Song for My Princess
Read it if you have the time.
Once, we both travelled by train from Bombay (as it was called in those days) to Madras - though the experience was a bit strange ... at the time there was an International car rally taking place and there was absolutely nowhere to stay. Even a local convent couldn't assist us! So we spent the night on the station platform at Madras Rail-station!! - and went back to Bombay the following day (or did we stop off at Bangalore? Yes, I think we did.
That's life - and that experience didn't stop us loving your (and Katie's) country - and we continue to be India-phyles.
All the best to you and your family. Your mom and dad seem to have been most supportive of you.
Fred.
PS: Thanks for choosing to follow me - I have reciprocated.
