You are right of course when you point out that leaders are, quite often, narcissists, and as such create automatic ‘spanners in the works’ because of their self-focus.
I’m thinking of writing a follow-up article to me ‘When Will They Ever Learn’ one, and if I do, I’d like to include some of your recent comments to me on this topic. Would that be OK with you? I would of course, acknowledge you in that new article.
