This is an excellent article, Jonathan. Your analysis of life's realities and inevitabilities doesn't stop there, but offers solutions - simple, yet powerful solutions, like:
1." "Smile ... and remember it costs nothing to smile and a few cheery words of encouragement to light up someone’s day" Marvelous in its simplicity.
2.: "Leave comments on articles written by others, after reading". i know that you do this a lot jonathan, and i always love our reciprocal 'meetings'.
Also, I wanted to ask your opinion on a couple of other things:
1.: I notice that this article was previous;y published elsewhere. is it therefore being 'self-published' on Medium now, so as to avoid it being rejected as 'previously published? - and iif so, do you recommend this strategy?
2.: Many of your recent posts are 1- or 2-minute articles via The Shortform. What's your analytical opinion of this strategy? (I'm also assuming that they don't contribute to your 'read-earnings' because of their shortness)
3.: Do your shortform stories get as many reads, claps, and comments as longer stories?
Don't rush to answer Jonathan - take your time and do more important things first.
Sending you a big big smile,
Fred
