But its here! And its going to be more and more powerful. I can't help feeling that whatever the 'final' outcome, it will be humans who deal the final cards.

In fact, I'm working on a new draft story today on that very point ... thinking about the constant (historical) human cry of 'Could we start again please?' - and whether AI will put an end to this - or simply repeat it in its own way!!
