Some of these stories may be found in my other story collections too because they seem to fit there in some small way, but the common theme of the stories below is ‘Royalty’ ... genuine royalty, involving royal individuals that have played a part in Fred’s life-story. All these stories are true stories, sometimes involving actual royal invitations (to events celebrating a Queen or a King); some ‘accidentally’ royal (where a royal prince or a royal palace became the unexpected feature in Fred’s life), whilst other are, well … simply ‘Royal’:
